Prioritization will be given to local causes in communities within a 50-mile radius of a Stoney Creek Hotel.

Donation Guidelines

What type of donation requests are accepted?

We support organizations and programs that serve to improve the lives of children and youth.

We prefer live or silent auctions and do not donate to raffles or giveaways.

How can I request a donation from Stoney Creek Hotels?

Applications are accepted online via donation request form. Applications will be routed to the corresponding location for management to evaluate and follow up.

The Fine Print

DONATION TERMS

  • We accept online applications only.

  • We limit donations for each organization to once a year.

  • Our decisions to grant or decline the donation request will be distributed via email and the donated item mailed to the address on file.

  • We ask for at least 3 weeks’ notice to consider donating to your event.

  • Donated gift certificates have an expiration date of up to one year or less from the date of issuance.

  • Gift certificates that are donated are not redeemable if lost or stolen.

  • Donations are based on monthly funding.

DONATION TYPES

  • Stoney Creek does not provide financial donations or sponsorships.

  • Donations will be in the form of a gift certificate or apparel items.

INELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS

  • Individuals, families or memorial campaigns.

  • Capital expenditures, political or partisan programs.
